34.1 Observations and distances
Astronomy receives information almost exclusively from radiation and particle streams, the coordinates set the position of the light and the distances are found as a chain of mutually verifiable methods.
34.2 Evolution of Stars
- The star's most of its life balances gravity with the pressure of a substance heated by thermonuclear reactions. The initial mass determines the pace and final stages of evolution.

The cosmological model combines space expansion, relic radiation, lung formation, and structure development, and its parameters are defined by independent observations.
