17.1. Solar system
The solar system is formed by the Sun, planets, satellites, and small bodies associated with gravity, and the laws of mechanics explain orbits and space flights.
17.2 Stars
- The star is a self-gravity gas ball that has thermonuclear reactions in its cores, the color is associated with surface temperature, and the luminous intensity depends also on size.
17.3 Galaxy and the Universe
The galaxy contains stars, gas, dust, and dark matter, and the observed red shift of distant galaxies indicates an expansion of space.
